ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Any available free shipping promotions will be disclosed on our website and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements or other restrictions.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times after shipment may include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We reserve the right to restrict shipments to certain locations or territories.

If international shipping is offered in the future, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the package and products.
